At Avocado Artt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

2. Refunds

  • Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Returns

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $20.00 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
